You must execute any trade through your own broker, at your own risk, at your own decision. - **A research report** within the meaning of FINRA Rule 2241 or SEC rules. - **A solicitation or offer** to buy or sell any security. - **A guarantee of any outcome.** The AI may be wrong. Market conditions change. Prior analysis does not predict future results. - **A substitute for your own due diligence**, your own broker's advice, or the advice of a licensed financial professional. ### 1.3 You Are Solely Responsible You alone make every decision to buy, sell, hold, or take any other action with any security. You are solely responsible for any gains or losses resulting from your trading decisions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that **trading securities involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital.** ### 1.4 No Fiduciary Relationship Nothing in your use of the Service creates a fiduciary, advisory, or principal-agent relationship between you and the Company. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee, applicable taxes, and any other charges you incur. ### 4.3 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. AI Output — Specific Terms ### 6.1 Nature of AI Output The Service uses generative AI. AI output may be: - **Inaccurate** — the model may produce factually wrong information - **Inconsistent** — the same input may produce different output at different times - **Out of date** — the model's training data has a knowledge cutoff - **Hallucinated** — the model may invent levels, statistics, or context that are not real **You must independently verify all numerical levels, ticker information, and factual claims before acting on them.** ### 6.2 No Warranty of Output We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, current, profitable, or suitable for any particular purpose. ### 6.3 Ownership of Output Subject to these Terms and Anthropic's commercial API terms, you may use the AI output you generate for your personal trading decisions. You may not resell, publicly republish, or commercially distribute AI output as your own analysis or recommendation without our written permission. ### 6.4 Inputs You retain ownership of the inputs you submit (e.g., chart screenshots, your own notes). By submitting inputs, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store those inputs to provide the Service. --- ## 7. Intellectual Property ### 7.1 Our IP The Service, including its software, design, methodology, prompts, branding, and all related content (other than user inputs and AI outputs), is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
